Keefe Commissary Network in Glen Allen, VA, is seeking a results-driven Distribution Center supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and commissary services.

You will lead staff, manage on-site inventory, ensure compliance with policies, and conduct weekly audits of high-security items, while handling weekly time sheets and attendance. This is an on-site role with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• 1-year certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift Certification.
• Warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including managers, stockers, and drivers.
• Oversee on-site inventory control: ordering, receiving, stocking, processing orders.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Perform and report weekly high-security item audits.
• Process and manage weekly time sheets for payroll; maintain attendance calendars and staff files.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Other duties as needed to support business.
