Keefe Commissary Network, LLC is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and staff coordination at our VA location. You will supervise managers, drivers, and staff, ensure adherence to procedures, and drive accuracy in daily order processing.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years old.
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school; or 3–6 months related experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift Certification.
• Warehouse managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory skills: ability to lead people and drive results.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Familiarity with computers (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of Distribution Center/Warehouse operations.
• Assist with supervising, training, scheduling and disciplining staff for KCN locations.
• Manage on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking, and processing orders.
• Ensure employees follow warehouse rules, policies and procedures.
• Conduct weekly audit of high security items.
• Process weekly time sheets for payroll and maintain attendance records.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Other duties as needed by the business.
