Job summary

Keefe Commissary Network, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all distribution center operations and commissary services for assigned locations. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with policies and safety.

The ideal candidate has strong supervisory skills, experience in inventory management, and excellent communication abilities. This role requires at least a high school diploma and forklift certification, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18.
• 1 year certificate from college/technical school or 3–6 months related experience; or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift Certification.
• Warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong supervision and people leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Familiarity with computers and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of Distribution Center/Warehouse operations for commissary services to assigned locations.
• Assist with supervising, training, scheduling and disciplining staff for KCN locations.
• Manage on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking, and processing orders.
• Ensure employees follow warehouse rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Perform and report weekly audit of high security items.
• Process and manage weekly timesheets for payroll and maintain attendance records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe workspace.
• Other duties as assigned by business needs.
