Keefe Commissary Network, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of distribution center activities. This on-site role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on supervision, inventory control, and compliance with warehouse procedures.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong inventory management skills, forklift certification, and proficiency with MS Office. The facility offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; at least 18.
• 1 year certificate or 3–6 months related experience or equivalent.
• Forklift certification required.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Familiarity with computers and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and discipline of managers, supervisors, staff at KCN locations.
• Oversee on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking, processing orders.
• Ensure warehouse rules, regulations, and procedures are followed.
• Perform weekly audits of high-security items and report findings.
• Process weekly time sheets for payroll and maintain attendance records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist with other needs as directed by leadership.
