Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations in a high-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise associates, ensure safety, quality, and sanitation practices, and drive performance against KPIs such as safety, retention, productivity and shrink.

The role requires 2-5 years of related warehouse experience, experience with warehouse systems, and strong leadership abilities. This is a full-time, on-site position on the 2nd shift in the United States, York area.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years related warehouse experience as supervisor or team lead.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas.
• Oversee fulfillment of customer orders and general warehouse operations.
• Coach and guide associates in quality, safety and sanitation practices.
• Develop and monitor PDPs with Shift Manager and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain KPI focus on safety, retention, productivity, budget, and quality.
