Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our on-site, third shift team. The role involves assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management while driving safety and efficiency by improving processes and setting team targets.

You will coach associates, resolve issues, and coordinate vacations and time sheets, overseeing 10-15 staff and ensuring GMP for a food-grade warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in a warehouse supervisor role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow procedures for shipments, handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Build a positive team environment through active listening and communication.
• Maintain attendance, tardiness records, and safety compliance.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to maintain skills.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temps.
• Oversee 10-15 associates and ensure GMP for a food-grade warehouse.
