Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking a capable warehouse leader to execute daily operations, manage staff, and drive continuous improvement at the York, PA facility. The role partners with operations leadership, customer care, and sales to meet or exceed customer expectations and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a proven warehousing background with a focus on safety, reliability, and process improvement, plus strong coaching and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business or related field preferred.
• Four+ years as a Supervisor or Manager in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Excellent leadership and strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
• A make-it-happen person with urgency and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities to schedule daily operations and staff productivity to meet budgets.
• Manage Warehouse personnel including goal setting, reviews, training, disciplinary actions, hiring and termination.
• Operate within the warehouse P&L budget.
• Develop and train Supervisory and Lead staff on essential leadership functions.
• Collaborate in developing SOPs for the Warehouse area.
• Oversee inventory control activities.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System for cycle counts, space utilization, accuracy, and improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to support new implementations and changes.
• Drive a best-in-class safety culture and ensure compliance with safety programs.
• Ensure safe and productive use and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Align with company values and strive for Excellence in Everything We Do.
• Other duties as assigned.
