Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC is seeking a hands-on warehouse operations leader for our York, PA facility. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate with operations leadership, customer care, and sales to meet or exceed customer expectations, and build a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a Supervisor or Manager in warehousing or supply chain, strong leadership, and a focus on safety. This is an exempt, Sunday–Wednesday, 7 A.M.–5 P.M. role with a starting salary of $70,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business or related field preferred.
• 4+ years as a Supervisor or Manager in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with customer service orientation.
• High sense of urgency, autonomous work style, and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff productivity to meet budget goals.
• Manage Warehouse personnel including performance reviews, hiring and training.
• Operate within the warehouse P&L budget and drive safety culture.
• Develop and train supervisory staff on leadership functions and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and other Managers to implement new business and address service issues.
• Ensure safe and efficient use of equipment and maintenance.
• Conduct shift stand-ups and coordinate across automated logistics channels.
