Job summary

ITS Logistics in York, PA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations, coordinating with the operations leadership team, customer care, and sales to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Four or more years of supervisory experience in warehousing, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and warehouse systems are required. Onsite Sunday through Wednesday, starting salary $70,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Four+ years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Excellent leadership and strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
• Able to work with a high sense of urgency and get the job done on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations scheduling and staff productivity to meet budget goals.
• Manage Warehouse personnel including goal setting, reviews, training, and hiring/terminations.
• Operate within the warehouse budget (P&L).
• Develop Supervisory staff on leadership functions and SOPs for Warehouse area.
• Oversee inventory control activities and cycle counts with the WMS.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and other Managers for new business implementations and changes.
• Drive a best-in-class safety culture and ensure compliance with safety programs.
