Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in California to lead daily distribution center operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate inventory control. The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in supervision and proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3–5 years related warehouse/distribution center experience.
1 year supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with warehouse equipment.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Experience with labor management systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities within the distribution center.
Supervise staff and direct work on order fulfillment, inventory management, stocking, and related needs.
Prepare work schedules and respond to labor needs.
Manage labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping systems.
Interview and train team members.
Review records for accuracy and compliance with procedures and stock levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Suggest process improvements to improve efficiency.
