• Ability to read and interpret safety and procedure documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervise staff and direct work on order fulfillment and inventory.
• Prepare work schedules and adjust for labor needs.
• Manage labor hours and payroll in timekeeping systems.
• Interview and train new team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and ISO9002 procedures.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Prepare reports for leadership.
