Job summary

GEODIS is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Torrance, CA. The role coordinates daily DC activities, supervises staff, manages schedules and labor, and ensures accurate inventory and safety compliance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related warehouse/distribution center experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment & WMS/LMS systems.
• PC-literate with MS Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervises staff and directs work related to order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Prepares work schedules and handles labor needs.
• Manages labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping systems.
• Trains new team members and evaluates performance.
