Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead distribution center teams in New York. You will oversee receiving, order-fill, shipping, and supporting tasks, while driving safe, efficient warehouse operations and cost-effective practices.

You will communicate daily workload plans, coach associates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance and customer service.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related area.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform basic math and reading comprehension.
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead operations associates in receiving, order-fill, shipping, and supporting tasks.
• Monitor production volume and allocate tasks for optimal workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and address safety concerns.
• Respond quickly to changing workflow conditions with real-time decisions.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and on-time deliveries.
• Communicate objectives, workload plans, and performance expectations.
