Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting multiple shop/warehouse activities. You will sign for deliveries, review damage, and ensure timely entry into QuickBooks while assisting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Shipping & Receiving, Inventory
• Valid Driver's License
• Lifting up to 50lbs; standing/walking entire shift
• Able to operate handheld power tools such as impact/drills, chop saws, jigsaws, circular saws, and grinders

Responsibilities

• Unload all incoming shipments off delivery trucks.
• Sign for incoming shipments, review for damage and update venders of missing or damaged product.
• Receive all shipments into Quick Books accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle all Damaged & Defective Inventory.
• Handle all Inventory transfers. Put away all product shipments neatly.
• Put away all shop/office supplies. Order Hardware and Supplies for Shop/Warehouse/Office. Restock Hardware and Supplies for Shop/Warehouse/Office.
• Perform inventory checks. Perform Yearly inventory counts.
• Submit Warehouse KPI’s.
• Preassemble shelving, ladder racks, roof Decks, and accessories for installers
• May be asked to assist other departments in need (shipping/warehouse/Customer service / etc.
• Manage product returns brought back to the warehouse
• General maintenance tasks (disposing of scrap metal/excess pallets, taking out the garbage, sweeping the shop, maintaining bathroom stock, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned
