Job summary

Core-Mark International seeks an Operations Manager to lead the Distribution Center, directing receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and safety initiatives. You will drive efficiency, manage staff, and ensure adherence to company policies while coordinating with other departments to meet profitability goals.

You will report to senior operations leadership, oversee inventory controls, and implement training programs to enhance performance and safety across the facility in Forrest City, AR.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years warehouse management experience.
• 2-3 years in a leadership role for a team of >50 direct and indirect reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversees efficient operations of warehouse and facility functions.
• Develops and monitors productivity/quality action plans.
• Ensures safety and compliance with warehouse standards.
• Manages inventory accuracy including cycle counts and returns.
