Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, seeks a senior leader to drive P&L performance across a complex distribution operation. Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience, including recent service as a President, General Manager, or equivalent leader accountable for full P&L performance within a warehouse distribution operation.
• Results driven, entrepreneurial, and collaborative professional who thrives in a large corporation but with a non-conforming culture.
• Demonstrated track record of setting annual business plan objectives, setting and achieving operational excellence performance standards, especially in a tight margin environment.
• Must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the OpCo President and regional leadership team to drive business performance across operations, sales, supply chain, transportation, safety, and talent management.
• Lead day-to-day distribution center operations, ensuring excellence in service, safety, productivity, quality, and financial performance.
• Support the execution of strategic and operational initiatives that improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and team member engagement.
• Drive a performance-based culture that balances operational results with leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and long-term organizational health.
