Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in materials science, supply chain management, logistics, business, operations management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant warehouse operations or logistics experience.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, metrics, and service levels.
• Willingness to on-site work and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, returns processing.
• Ensure third-party logistics partners meet standards and service levels.
• Manage inbound and outbound material flow supporting manufacturing, field service, reverse logistics.
• Monitor capacity, workflow efficiency, shrinkage, and risks.
• Oversee annual budget planning and monthly cost tracking with partners.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Build relationships with Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Field Service, and partners.
