Job summary

ASML US is seeking an Operations Specialist to support warehouse and logistics execution across our supply chain. You will monitor 3PL performance, analyze KPIs, and help maintain reliable material flow and service levels.

With a Bachelor's in a related field and 3–6 years in supply chain or warehouse operations, you will work cross-functionally to optimize processes, implement improvements, and support data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Experience with SAP/WMS and data tools (Excel; Power BI/Tableau is a plus).

Responsibilities

Monitor 3PL performance, track KPIs, and address issues to ensure smooth operations.
Identify deviations and support corrective actions across the supply chain.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards across processes.
Support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Contribute to Lean / Six Sigma initiatives and process improvements.
Assist in data analysis and maintain reporting tools and dashboards.
