As a Warehouse Operations Manager at ASML, you will help keep critical parts and materials moving through a complex global supply chain. Your work supports the people, tools, and technology that enable ASML’s advanced lithography systems to serve customers around the world.
In this role, you will oversee third-party warehouse operations that support manufacturing, field service, inventory control, and reverse logistics. You will help drive operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and reliable delivery performance while building strong partnerships across ASML and external logistics providers.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will manage daily warehouse performance and ensure operations meet business, quality, and compliance expectations. You will work closely with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support changing business needs.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$82,875-124,313Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Compensation & Benefits in the US.
