Job summary

ASML is seeking an Operational Planner to ensure timely, accurate delivery of materials to warehouses, customer and vendor sites worldwide. You will translate customer requirements into actionable delivery plans, coordinate material availability, monitor order progress, and drive follow-up across the logistics process.

Responsibilities include overseeing orders, predicting demand, developing operational plans, and driving end-to-end logistics with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g. Business Administration, Supply chain)
• SAP experience preferred; data analysis skills required (Excel, Power BI, Spotfire, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Respond to and oversee the process of incoming orders from various customer locations.
• Communicate directly with internal stakeholders to ensure needs are understood, communicated, and fulfilled.
• Monitor and follow up with daily escalations.
• Collect/predict demand, translate to planning & delivery of material to support services at customer sites.
• Develop operational plan (resources, constraints, infrastructure) to ensure material availability progress.
• Execute the plan and drive delivery of materials to local warehouses and customer sites.
• Meet stakeholders, understand requirements, and translate into actionable items with end to end follow up.
• Plan independently with dependencies on other processes; work under supervision of team lead or seniors.
