Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc in Minnesota, Winona, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehousing personnel and systems and direct daily operations. You will organize workloads, supervise material handling, and ensure accurate processing from receipt to destination.

Responsibilities include resolving discrepancies, supporting cycle counts, and maintaining policy compliance while ensuring quality and safety in a 24/7 global operation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule the department workload to ensure efficient material processing.
• Supervise warehousing personnel and the distribution of materials.
• Review discrepancy reports and coordinate corrective actions.
• Contribute to defining and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
• Support handling of discrepant/excess/obsolete material for removal.
• Direct or conduct cycle count programs and assist in physical inventories.
• Resolve BAAN ERP warehousing and inventory issues.
• Inform management on status of all work activities.
• Ensure compliance with Equal Opportunity and related policies.
