Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Materials/Warehouse professional in Winona, MN to receive, stock, and issue parts for production. You’ll ensure material availability, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies while supporting continuous improvement in a safety-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities include pulling stock, processing requisitions, and maintaining accurate inventory in the computerized system.

Qualifications

0-3+ years of materials/warehouse experience.
Strong organization and prioritization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well as an individual or on teams.
Willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

Pull parts from stock to build kits assigned to Production Control; issue and distribute the kits to the manufacturing operation.
Fill and account for material requisitions submitted from Operations.
Receive and place parts/components into stock from Receiving/Inspection.
Assist in tracking and filling backorders as parts/components become available.
Ensure the correct balances are maintained by the performance of Cycle Counts.
Restock shelves with incoming material and locate material in the system.
Monitor reports to ensure Priority material is delivered on time.
Complete reconciliation of returned kits and investigate discrepancies.
