Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc in Minnesota is seeking a diligent Warehouse Materials Associate to support production by pulling parts, stocking inventory and reconciling stock levels. You will collaborate with Operations to ensure timely material availability and accurate records.

Candidates should have 3+ years in materials/warehouse, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of materials/warehouse experience.
• Effective organization and prioritization skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently or on teams; overtime flexibility.
• Discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock to build kits and distribute to production.
• Fill and account for material requisitions from Operations.
• Receive and store parts into stock and track backorders.
• Assist in tracking and filling backorders as parts/components become available.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure accurate balances.
• Monitor reports to ensure materials are in the correct location.
• Operate a forklift as required.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
