Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc is seeking a Materials / Warehouse Associate at our Winona, MN facility. The role focuses on pulling, stocking, and tracking parts for production, ensuring accurate counts and timely material availability to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include processing requisitions, receiving and labeling stock, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting with backorder management. A High School diploma and 3+ years in warehousing are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of materials/warehouse experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well as an individual or on teams

Responsibilities

• Pull and stock materials in the warehouse and kit production areas
• Process material requisitions and ensure accurate cycle counts
• Receive, store, and retrieve parts/components in the inventory system
• Monitor reports to ensure material availability and backorder status
• Assist in reconciling returned kits and researching discrepancies
• Operate forklift as needed and support continuous improvement activities
