You will mentor teammates, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a safety-critical environment. The role requires a High School Diploma and 2+ years in electronics manufacturing with leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years electronics manufacturing experience.
• Leadership experience in contract manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train others.

Responsibilities

• Identify workmanship and material defects by sight.
• Ensure tasks follow work instructions, procedures, drawings, and customer specs.
• Mentor and train new employees in the area.
• Support shift overlap and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Maintain quality and drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure safety and compliance in a safety-sensitive position.
