Job summary

ALLEN DISTRIBUTION is seeking a Case Selector in Sumner, WA. The role involves operating power equipment to safely handle products during receiving and shipping, while meeting productivity standards and following SOPs.

The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and work in non-climate controlled environments. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a material handling equipment license.
• Ability to use handheld RF Scan Device.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat and reach above shoulder level.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Use power equipment to safely handle product during receiving and/or shipping processes.
• Meet established productivity standards specific to the account.
• Follow SOPs and customer work instructions for handling, stocking, picking and loading.
• Complete daily Handling Hours tracking and reports.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and department briefings.
