Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy. The role includes hiring and training staff, planning daily work, and addressing performance issues while ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of warehouse experience, 2+ years in supervision, and forklift certification. Lean methodologies experience is a plus; BPM/ERP skills are valued for process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of warehouse experience.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Experience with lean manufacturing.
Forklift certification.
APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations, ensuring accurate orders and documentation.
Manage receiving, packing, and inventory updates; supervise cycle counts and reconciliation.
Develop and maintain work instructions; improve procedures to meet demand and customer commitments.
Enforce safety regulations and interpret company policies for workers.
Drive continuous improvement using lean enterprise practices across the warehouse.
Coordinate with other supervisors to support internal customers and department goals.
