Job summary

FOX Factory in Geismar, LA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving and inventory control in a manufacturing environment. You will lead daily operations, hire and train staff, and ensure accuracy of records and compliance with safety policies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of warehouse experience with at least 2 years in supervision, plus lean methods knowledge and forklift certification. Strong Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedure documents.
• Ability to calculate freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices and percentages.
• Proficiency with general business software; quick to learn new systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations including filling and shipping customer orders.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation.
• Receive goods from production and log into finished goods inventory.
• Oversee inventory transactions, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of department activities.
• Develop and update departmental work instructions for all tasks.
• Adjust procedures to meet warehouse demands based on commitments and schedules.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify ways to improve quality and efficiency of warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate inter-department activities.
