Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in materials planning, inventory control, or warehouse management.
• Proficient with warehouse procedures and policies; strong organizational skills.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, stockroom materials, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and SAP or equivalent WMS software.

Responsibilities

• Direct all warehouse activities to ensure accurate and timely distribution of inventory.
• Maintain inventory records with cycle counts and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Audit inventory levels and recommend restocking based on usage and forecast.
• Oversee shipping, ensure packaging, documentation, and dispatch are correct.
• Supervise and support warehouse staff, set goals, train, and monitor performance.
• Develop and enforce efficient warehouse practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to align warehouse goals with business objectives.
• Ensure safe, clean, compliant operations and monitor safety training.
