Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations in an in-office environment. You will lead staff, coordinate workflows, and ensure safety and policy compliance while driving accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced setting. Experience with forklift operations and WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of warehouse ops with leadership experience.
• Experience with forklift operation and warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to pass a background check after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing direction and coaching.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory and maintain records in WMS.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and movements.
