Job summary

Würth Industry is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - Receiving to lead Warehouse Associates in receiving operations, ensuring site performance and continuous improvement. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:30am-3:30pm.

This role drives safety, efficiency and coordination across departments to meet customer needs. Essential duties include planning schedules, coaching staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in distribution/logistics.
• Material handling and forklift experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to manage budgets and expenses.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff.
• Interview and provide feedback to HR and Warehouse Manager.
• Direct and review work of the team; manage performance and pay reviews.
• Lead and motivate a large team and foster a productive work environment.
• Implement training programs for staff onboarding and development.
• Manage workforce planning and labor relations to meet needs.
• Design and implement work methods and procedures for shipments and inventory.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with sales and purchasing for warehouse activities.
• Develop project plans and communicate progress across teams.
• Review work to ensure proper execution and quality.
• Maintain and coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment, including repairs.
• Support daily activities and safety practices in the department.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly warehouse conditions.
• Coordinate building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Identify productivity improvements and implement changes.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
