Job summary

Gentell, based in Yardley, PA, seeks a highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, optimizing storage, distribution and inventory control. Strong leadership and attention to detail are essential for efficiency and cost effectiveness.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with carriers and manufacturers, ensure safety compliance, and drive improvements to boost productivity and accuracy in order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize tasks.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations.
• Strong computer skills and experience with warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse operations, including truck loading and material handling.
• Arrange receipt of product from Toronto and contract manufacturers.
• Manage replenishment shipments to regional distribution facilities.
• Oversee shipments to distributors, hospitals and long‑term care customers.
• Oversee daily workflow of the warehouse shift; schedule and assign work.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety policy compliance and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee Pick & Pack associates and ensure timely orders.
• Complete management reports and identify process improvements.
