Job summary

ACR is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for our Exton, PA facility to lead safe, efficient distribution operations. You will strengthen processes, ensure compliance with GDP and food-safety standards, and develop a high-performing team while reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires 5+ years of warehousing/manufacturing leadership, a Bachelor's in business operations or related field, and strong communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing or manufacturing environments.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in operations management, logistics, or related field.
Strong attention to project details and ability to develop alternative plans to meet customer timelines.
Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication to align and influence organizational leaders.

Ensure that Customer, Supplier, and Carrier needs are at or above the service levels set by our company.

Maintain GDP certification and top score of Excellent (or like) in pursuit of Food Certification.
