You will supervise shifts, hire and train staff, coordinate receipts from manufacturers, and drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting. Strong leadership and cost-aware optimization are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize tasks.
• Basic understanding of records, inventories, and warehouse documentation.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations.
• Strong computer skills and experience with warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including loading and material handling.
• Coordinate receipts from Toronto and contract manufacturers.
• Manage replenishment shipments to regional distribution facilities.
• Supervise daily warehouse shift and assign work.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain equipment.
• Prepare management reports and improve processes.
• Oversee Pick & Pack and ensure timely orders.
