Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in warehousing, distribution, or related work.
• At least 6 months supervisory experience in a team setting.
• Proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of warehouse associates to meet productivity targets.
• Prepare schedules and allocate duties; monitor and improve workflow and quality.
• Oversee outbound shipping accuracy and policy adherence.
• Provide coaching, evaluations, and corrective actions as needed.
• Support safety programs and participate in safety committees.
• Contribute to process improvements and SOP training.
