Job summary

Creative Innovation Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations in Chicago. You will supervise staff, assign tasks, and monitor accuracy, safety, and productivity while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include managing receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting, and maintaining records in WMS and ERP systems. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain or related field.
• 2+ years warehouse experience in inbound/outbound/inventory control.
• 1+ year supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS/ERP/PDA/RF scanning systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily inbound, outbound, or inventory activities.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting.
• Plan staffing, assign tasks, and monitor productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Monitor KPIs like receiving accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, shipping errors, damaged goods, and variances.
• Maintain records using WMS, ERP, PDA/RF scanning systems and Excel.
• Train and coach warehouse employees to improve productivity and safety.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper storage.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, purchasing, and management to resolve issues.
• Assist SOP development and workflow improvements.
