Job summary

Globe Union/Gerber is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Bridgeton, New Jersey. You will oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and staff development to sustain a safe, efficient distribution center.

You will lead onboarding/training, monitor KPIs, enforce OSHA and internal policies, and drive process improvements while coordinating with IT for system issues and ensuring optimal space utilization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisor experience and 5+ years warehousing.
• Excellent supervisory and coaching skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Lean and 5S knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound shipments and inventory control.
• Manage daily outbound activities and staff performance.
• Onboard, train, and cross-train staff.
• Monitor KPIs and enforce safety policies.
• Coordinate with IT for Oracle/Numina issues.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe work environment.
• Maintain space utilization and equipment readiness.
• Schedule inbound containers and storage efficiency.
• Support process improvements and project work.
