Sbhonline is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Old Bridge, NJ facility. The role oversees receiving, fulfillment, and shipping to ensure a safe, structured, and efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include operational oversight, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and leading the warehouse team to maintain high productivity and quality while complying with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Ensure end-to-end warehouse operations run smoothly on a daily basis.
• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage and inspect all incoming shipments and oversee picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory flow, conduct stock checks, and keep accurate product counts.
• Team Leadership & Workflow: Guide daily workflow, assign tasks to warehouse personnel, and maintain productivity and quality.
• Safety & Quality Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment adhering to safety protocols.
• Problem Solving: Swiftly address and resolve bottlenecks, shipping discrepancies, or inventory issues.
