Responsibilities

• Review production schedule and balance staffing for each shift.
• Assign daily work functions prior to shift start.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate goals and changes.
• Provide First Responder Team leadership for the shift.
• Ensure daily pre-operational inspections and safety compliance.
