Job summary

Atlanta-Bonded-Warehous is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to manage task assignments, oversee inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure safety and quality across shifts. You will coordinate with Security and the Spotter to move trailers efficiently.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and ability to train staff, with daily pre-shift briefings and end-of-shift handoffs to support continuous operation.

Qualifications

• . Proven ability to manage warehouse operations with safety and quality in mind.
• . Experience using WHS and logistics software to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.
• . Strong communication and leadership skills for shift leadership and training.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedule and balance staffing to meet goals.
• Assign daily work functions before shift start.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate goals and changes.
• Provide First Responder Team Leadership for the shift.
• Assign First Responders Support roles daily.
• Ensure pre-operational equipment inspections and LOTO support.
• Maintain adequate trailers on yard and coordinate with Customer Care for shortages.
• Coordinate with Spotter and Security for trailer movements.
• Monitor emails for urgent orders and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure quality specifications are met and safety procedures followed.
• Train and qualify Taskers and Group Leads to act as backup Leaders.
• Oversee end-of-shift transitions and communicate special instructions.
