Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a warehouse supervisor in Colorado for the Contract Logistics team. You will lead daily warehouse activities, manage a team, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to keep goods moving efficiently.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with a diverse workforce. Relevant supervisory experience and WMS familiarity are required for success in this permanent on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training and coaching.
• Support with the automation technology process.
• Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe and valued.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members.
• Implement strategies to ensure high quality work and meet KPIs.
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for staff and visitors.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and records are complete and timely.
• Help maintain warehouse security and inventory integrity.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other duties as needed.
