Job summary

McCollister’s Global Services in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, staging, and outbound shipping.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with WMS, RF scanners, and MS Office; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, or transportation.
• Familiarity with WMS, RF scanners, and MS Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, staging, and outbound shipping.
• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safety-compliant warehouse.
• Coordinate with transportation for loading/unloading and scheduling.
• Monitor layout, material flow, and space utilization.
• Partner with leadership to meet performance metrics and customer expectations.
• Conduct audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
• Use WMS and tools to track KPIs and drive improvement.
