Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor/management experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• Staff management and workload planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and support, fostering inclusion.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations to promote safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve warehouse operations.
