Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor in the United States to lead a frontline team, implement efficient warehouse processes, and drive safe, productive operations. This role emphasizes coaching, inclusion, and adherence to health and safety standards while optimizing daily performance.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 1 year in a lead/supervisor role within logistics, with strong organizational and KPI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment and teamwork.
