Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the warehouse team and facility operations, ensuring adherence to service, quality, safety, and productivity standards.

You will supervise staff, manage shipments, organize inventory, plan schedules, and track production and reports. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with exposure to cold and dry storage areas.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs./18 kgs and work in varying temperatures.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and organize merchandise; maintain inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources; keep time and production records.
• Track and send reports to plant personnel; monitor warehouse activities.
• Investigate accidents following company procedures when necessary.
