Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including sorting, dispatching, and staff coordination in Norcross, GA. You will lead automated sorting processes, manage maintenance, and ensure safety and SLA compliance across shifts.

Key responsibilities include forecasting labor needs, coordinating with staffing agencies, and delivering KPI-driven improvements. Strong leadership, English plus Spanish or Mandarin, and WMS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with automated sorting machines (cross-belt, tilt-tray, loop sorter).
• Strong understanding of parcel logistics, last-mile delivery flow, and SLAs.
• Proven ability to manage large operational teams, including staffing agency workers.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in WMS, scanning systems, Excel/Sheets, and dashboards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end sorting operations and ensure accurate throughput.
• Manage sorting machines, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Forecast labor needs and supervise staffing agencies and workers.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and SOPs.
• Monitor parcel flow, inventory, and SLA adherence.
• Produce regular operational reports and present to management.
