Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Henderson, NV is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to drive efficient warehouse operations and lead a small team. You will design SOPs, manage inbound/outbound flows, and ensure accuracy of inventory while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehousing, 1+ year in supervision, and familiarity with WMS. Mandarin bilinguals are preferred. This role offers a competitive salary and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems preferred.
• Bilingual in Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant processes.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory audits, and order fulfillment.
• Develop staffing strategies to mitigate risks and improve performance.
• Coordinate with local providers to optimize storage and distribution.
