Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Henderson, NV is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to drive efficient warehouse operations and lead a small team. You will design SOPs, manage inbound/outbound flows, and ensure accuracy of inventory while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehousing, 1+ year in supervision, and familiarity with WMS. Mandarin bilinguals are preferred. This role offers a competitive salary and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems preferred.

Design and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations to drive standardization, ensuring efficient and orderly processes that support organizational growth requirements.* **Business Coordination and Process Enhancement:** Oversee coordination of overseas warehouse operations, single-piece distribution, and reverse logistics. Manage end-to-end processes including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory audits, and order fulfillment. Analyze operational metrics to continuously refine workflows, boosting both storage efficiency and order processing capabilities.* **Team Leadership and Risk Management:** Lead organizational development including team building, talent cultivation, and structural optimization.
