Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced, tech-driven supply chain environment. You will shape SOPs, coordinate overseas warehousing, and oversee inbound/outbound logistics while driving efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse/3PL, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety, and familiarity with WMS or inventory systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and SOP design for warehouse operations to drive standardization and efficiency.
• Oversee coordination of overseas warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory audits, and order fulfilment.
• Lead organizational development including team building, staffing strategies, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop networks of local warehousing and logistics providers to deliver superior services.
