Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Henderson, NV. The role focuses on strategic warehouse planning, SOP development, and managing end-to-end logistics, including inbound/outbound flows and inventory audits.

You will lead a team, optimize processes, and align operations with corporate strategy, while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. A background with WMS and bilingual Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• Experience leading teams in warehouse or distribution settings.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Mandarin bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and System Development: Establish warehousing strategic objectives and SOPs aligned with corporate strategy and drive standardization.
• Business Coordination and Process Enhancement: Oversee overseas warehouse operations, distribution, and reverse logistics; manage inbound/outbound logistics and inventory audits.
• Team Leadership and Risk Management: Lead organizational development, staff training, and regulatory compliance to ensure stable warehouse operations.
• Resource Optimization and Service Excellence: Develop networks of warehousing providers and coordinate multi-party resources to deliver localized services and customer satisfaction.
